DMCA / Copyright Takedown Policy
Our role
SakuraSins is a video index site. We do not host any videos ourselves, so we cannot remove videos from the internet. What we do is remove the listings and embedded links on our site. If you own rights to content, you should also contact the site that actually hosts the video.
What your DMCA notice must include (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3))
- The URL(s) of the listing(s) on sakurasins.com that you believe infringe your rights
- A description of the copyrighted work you own
- Your name, address, and email address
- A statement made in good faith that the content is used without your permission
- A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner
- Your signature (a typed signature is acceptable)
Send your notice to the Copyright Agent for SakuraSins through our contact page at contact page.
How we handle notices and counter-notices
We review valid notices within a few business days and remove the relevant listings. If you receive a removal notice and want to file a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), you can do so through the same contact page. If any source repeatedly causes valid copyright complaints, we will remove all its listings from SakuraSins.
